FAQ

  • How will you determine my health issues?
To prepare a health plan, I start with a health intake form to view your health history and symptoms. In my office, we start with kinesiology, which is muscle testing. Please see an explanation of this under QRA or at https://youtu.be/RbSsOEqamI8. Depending on your health concern, laboratory testing is used, such as saliva testing for Female Hormone, Male Hormone, Adrenal Stress Index assessments. Blood draws for Micronutrient Testing, Lipid profiles and food sensitivities. Urine and fecal samples, can be used too.
  • What methods will you use to help me?
I use whole foods, herbs and diet to help make changes in the body. PEMF, biofeedback, mud packing and emotional support is used, when needed.
  • What's involved in my initial consultation?
At the initial consultation, every organ and gland is assessed through muscle testing and assessed for underlying issues, such as immune, heavy metals, chemicals and food sensitivities. Then, supplements are determined to help the body clear itself of that issue and support the organs or systems that need it.
  • What if I am unable to come in person?
That's okay! A consultation over the phone or telemedicine with extended questions and a laboratory test will guide us to what will most help your body heal.
  • How often do I need to be seen?
After the first assessment, we generally follow-up 3-4 weeks later, to see if the issues addressed have changed and the organs are responding to the health plan.
  • What areas do you specialize in?
I have worked with many different health concerns. Some of my favorites are digestion, stress and fatigue. Hormones are a major player in many health symptoms, PCOS, Menopause, cramps, and pain. Lyme is a common underlying concern for many. Cardiovascular concerns: blood pressure, cholesterol, vascular health and more!
