Fire Cider: Combine in 1-quart size jar- 1 chopped onion, 1 head peeled & chopped garlic, ¼ cup grated horse radish, 2 TB powdered turmeric, pinch cayenne.
 Cover with ACV (apple cider vinegar) let sit in warm place for 3-4 weeks. Shake daily to mix. Strain vegetables out. Add honey to taste and re-bottle. Store in refrigerator. 
Suggested to take 1-2 TBS at first sign of cold or flu, every 2-3 hours. 
Fermented Garlic and Honey  Cover whole garlic cloves with raw organic honey.

Soups and broth

Soup Base: 4 carrots, 4 stalks celery, 1 whole onion, 2 chopped garlic cloves
Boil & cool. Blend to smooth consistency.
 This is your broth to add your choice of  vegetables (green peas, beans, potato, tomato, parsley carrots, celery...herbs:basil, thyme, oregano, red pepper flakes, bay leaves...

½ brown rice
2 carrots, one finely diced and one roughly chopped
2 stalks celery, one finely diced and one roughly chopped
