Fire Cider: Combine in 1-quart size jar- 1 chopped onion, 1 head peeled & chopped garlic, ¼ cup grated horse radish, 2 TB powdered turmeric, pinch cayenne.
 Cover with ACV (apple cider vinegar) let sit in warm place for 3-4 weeks. Shake daily to mix. Strain vegetables out. Add honey to taste and re-bottle. Store in refrigerator. 
Suggested to take 1-2 TBS at first sign of cold or flu, every 2-3 hours. 
Fermented Garlic and Honey  Cover whole garlic cloves with raw organic honey. 
Keep in a dark place or cover with a towel. Burp it daily for 1 week. Honey will get thick. 
Suggested to eat 1 clove daily.

If your body needs the proper level of energy then you can try liposomal glutathione rather than taking supplements.
